Polen Food Oceania will need to review and approve your wholesale account registration before you will be able to view wholesale pricing. Once your account has been approved, you will notified via email. For more information on wholesale accounts, please view our Wholesale Information page.

To be eligible for wholesale pricing you will need to be a registered business with a valid Australian Business Number (ABN).

If you have already created an account, please provide the same email address you used for your account. Otherwise, this email address will be used for your account and an initial password will be provided for you to log in once your account has been created.
ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for wholesale pricing you will need to be a registered business with a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) or ACN registration certificate that is related to the food industry.

Once you commence placing an order on your computer, any items placed in your basket will remain active in your basket allowing you to work on and add to your order over time until you are ready to submit.

Orders submitted are sent through to Polen Food Oceania warehouse for fulfilment. Orders are aimed to be packed and sent within 2 business days of receipt and will be sent via our selected freight courier providers, or via your selected method of delivery.

Polen Food Oceania accept direct deposit, credit card or Paypal as our preferred payment options

For account credit facilities, please contact Polen Food Oceania once your account has been created to discuss our credit options available.

For retail account customers, no orders are sent until payment has been received.

RETURN POLICY

Any discrepancies in deliveries or damaged product must be advised to Polen Food Oceania within seven days. Goods ordered in error can be returned at your cost. Goods that are returned which arrive back in our warehouse in a damaged state will not be refunded. On receipt of the returned products in good order, a credit will be made back to your Account. Please note that we will not provide cash returns.
