Vizyon macaron mix is an easy-to-use baking mix made with high-quality ingredients that yields perfectly round macaron shells.

Ingredients
- 1000 g Vizyon Macaron Mix
- 200 g Water
- Food Colouring optional
Instructions
- Pour 200 g Water into a mixing bowl.200 g Water
- Add desired amount of Food Colouring to water (optional).Food Colouring
- Add 1000 g Vizyon Macaron Mix Macaron Mix.1000 g Vizyon Macaron Mix
- Mix with flat beater attachment for 5 minutes on high speed.
- Stop the mixer and allow to rest for 1 minute.
- Use a piping bag to pipe onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. The size of the piping should be around 3.5cm. The macarons will flatten out slightly after piping so the final macarons will be a little larger in the end.
- IMPORTANT: Do not tap the tray after piping as this will release air and will not result in good rise.
- Place an empty baking tray, upside down, into the oven, then place the tray with the piped macarons on top of the upside down tray. This will give the macarons a better skirt.
- Bake for 16-18 minutes at 125-130 degrees Celsius.
- Remove the baked macarons from the oven and allow to cool.
- Sandwic/fill the macarons with desired ganache or buttercream.
