At Polen Food Oceania, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that sometimes items may be damaged during transit, so we will gladly replace or offer store credit for damaged items. However, we do not accept returns for any other reasons.
Returns for Damaged Items
If your order arrives with damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will review the photos and determine the best course of action to resolve the issue. In some cases, we may send a replacement item at no cost to you. Alternatively, we may issue a store credit for the value of the damaged item, which can be applied to future purchases. Please note that damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
Returns for Other Reasons
We do not accept returns for any other reasons. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We suggest that you carefully review your order before submitting it to ensure that all products meet your needs and expectations.
