Shipping Information

Polen Food Oceania only provides delivery within Australia for orders via our online store. Retail shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight of your order and delivery location.

Retail customers receive free shipping on all orders over $200.

 

Wholesale and Distributor customer shipping rates are as follows;

  • Wholesale Order total under $500 – $35
  • Order total over $500 – Free shipping

For our Wholesale customers, our free shipping purchase entitlement is for orders over $500 per order to receive free shipping. For any orders less than $500 the flat rate shipping fee of $35 will be applied to your order.

*Additional Fees – In the case of remote or challenging shipping destinations, there may be additional charges for shipping. These fees will be communicated to you prior to finalizing your order.

Order and Delivery Processing Times

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery via standard post will generally take around 2-7 days from the day it is shipped from our warehouse on the Gold Coast to reach you. For remote locations and areas, please allow additional time for deliveries. If we anticipate any potential delays in processing, we will notify you within 24 hours of your order.

We are not able to guarantee delivery days or times. However, we will work to assist you in managing and ensuring your delivery is received in the earliest possible time period. Please note that Polen Food Oceania will not be liable for any delays incurred to deliveries as a result of external issues beyond our control.

Overseas Shipping & Orders

Polen Food Oceania only provides shipping and delivery within Australia via our online store. If you wish to purchase our products for delivery overseas, please contact us directly via our Contact Us page to discuss the options available.
