Vizyon Pastry Additive 5kg

Vizyon Pastry Additive is a cake gel stabiliser used in sponge cake, swiss roll or cake baking that will assist in making the cake softer and smoother. Acts as an emulsifier in the cake mix that will provide a stable cake without losing the volume and airiness within the cake. Achieve high volume and finely textured cakes that retain their softness and moisture.

Available in an economical 5kg pail that provides a readily available and long-lasting solution to your sponge and swiss roll cake baking. Plus it’s vegan, gluten-free and halal certified.

Recommended dosage for use in a sponge cake mix is around 3-4%. Meaning for 1kg of sponge cake batter mix, you will add around 30-40g of Vizyon Pastry Additive. Amount required may vary depending on the product.
