The chips are ready-made in small drops with a good bonding structure, and are made to hold their shape through baking. They carry a deep, dark colour and flavour into finished product.

Ideal for folding through cookie, muffin and cake batters, or scattering as a topping. When melted they have a good texture and flow, making them easy to work with.
