The dark compound coins hold a clean, even colour through the melting process, and set with a crisp bite and glossy finish. The Vizyon Select range performs consistently in melting and coating, retaining its quality, taste and shine throughout the heating and cooling process.

When melted, Vizyon Compound Chocolate Coins have a good texture and flow, making them easy to work with. Melt at or around 40°C and use straight away. Combine with the Vizyon Concentrated Pastry Paste range to colour and flavour your coatings and fillings.
