Vizyon Caramel Concentrated Pastry Paste is a concentrated sauce additive containing genuine caramel content to add colour and taste to bakery and pastry products such as sponge cakes, parfaits, cookies, ice creams, gelato’s, creams and whipping creams. In addition, you’ll find the Concentrated Paste is also effective in flavouring chocolate and ganache.
The Concentrated Pastry Paste will assist to give a genuine flavour, aroma and colour consistently and easily.
With an ability to create products in any season it provides a cost advantage and efficiency over direct source usage. Mix the concentrate through confectionery products such as cakes, parfaits, cookies and whipped creams at a recommended mixing dosage of 4-8%. Recommended uses include;
- With whipped cream for pastry coating and decoration purposes
- For filling and flavouring in pastry products such as cakes, cookies and macarons
- To give colour and flavour to dough products such as cakes and cookies
- Flavouring chocolate and ganache sauce.
