Vizyon Lemon Concentrated Pastry Paste is a concentrated sauce additive containing real lemon to add colour and taste to bakery and pastry products such as sponge cakes, parfaits, cookies, ice creams, gelato’s, creams and whipping creams.
The Concentrated Pastry Paste will assist to give them a genuine fruit flavour, aroma and colour with real fruit content all season round.
With an ability to create products in any season it provides a cost advantage and efficiency over real fruit usage. Mix through confectionery products such as cakes, parfaits, cookies and whipped creams with a mixing dosage of 4-8%. Recommended uses include;
