Vizyon Raspberry Eclair Sauce 6kg

Vizyon Raspberry Eclair Sauce can be used on eclairs, pastries and cookies for coating and decoration. It provides a bright, crisp coating when applied.

As a specially prepared sauce mix, the eclair sauce is ready to use – just heat and apply over your eclairs or pastries. Hard setting, there is nothing further to be added and is very easy to apply. It can even be used as a fantastic donut covering solution.

As an added benefit, the raspberry chocolate eclair sauce has a deliciously soft raspberry taste that allows you to achieve both colour and flavoured eclair treats.

Further, it’s versatility allows it to be used for decoration creation purposes by pouring onto a marble surface. Allow to cool slightly and then lift or manoeuver the chocolate for decorations.

Directions for Use – Melt Vizyon Select Eclair Sauce in a Bain-Maire till the sauce reaches a smooth and spreadable texture. Then cool it down to 30-40 degrees celcius and apply onto product either by dipping or pouring. Alternatively microwave it incrementally (in 30 seconds to 1 minute intervals to avoid burning), and mix between each interval when possible, until it is melted.

Available in a 6kg bulk pail.
