Vizyon Select Bake Stable Hazelnut Cream (bake stable Praline) is a soft hazelnut cream with cocoa which is used as a filling for baked goods.

Containing hazelnut puree (6%) along with reduced fat cocoa powder, its a versatile praline for use in baked goods such as muffins or any baking treats that seek a soft chocolate centre filling.

Ingredients – Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed, Rapeseed, Fully Hydrogenated Palm), Lactose, Wheat Dextrin, Hazelnut Puree (6%), Whey Powder, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder (4%), Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifier (E 322), Salt, Flavouring (Vanillin).
