Vizyon Ready to Use Chocolate Mirror Glaze is a brown-coloured glaze that provides a shiny and glamorous glaze to your baking treats. Simple and easy to use with no heating required. Just shake and pour for a beautiful chocolate finish and taste.

Vizyon Ready to Use Glaze will enhance the appearance and allure of your pastry products through its dark, glassy finish. Achieve a mirror glaze shine with brightness, colour and flavour over just about any type of sweet or dessert. In addition, it will assist to minimise moisture loss from your cakes or toppings while maintaining a long-lasting shine.

Being freeze-thaw stable, it provides a versatile glazing solution. Best of all, the Ready to Use Glaze is gluten free and vegan, with no animal by-products.

As a cold glaze, it provides an optimum consistency in it’s liquid form, with no water required to be added. Plus, no need to heat and mix. It can be poured straight from the bottle or through your own preferred piping solution. It provides a gorgeous, shimmery appearance as a glaze coating for cakes, cheesecakes, entremets, mousses, fruits, pastries and tarts, sealing in freshness and adding to its shelf life.

Without the need to add water, you will find that the Ready to Use glaze will have;

  • no air bubbles
  • a more shiny and smoother appearance
  • a more stable finish after application to cakes with no rubberisation of the glaze

Vizyon Chocolate Mirror glaze has a light chocolate flavour that will not spoil or over-power the flavour in the cake or dessert. Achieve a nice chocolate glaze over your treats without creating an over-sugary taste. Perfect for use over donuts, pastries and cupcakes to add colour and flavour. Pour the glaze into a bowl and dip donuts straight into the glaze.

Drip cake finishes will be no problem and can be done either straight out of the bottle, or through a piping bag. The glaze will run down the cake and then settle with a nice soft finish. And if you need to touch up a drip, the glaze can also be re-added to extend or thicken an existing drip. Vizyon Mirror Glazes set soft, not hard so they can be easily cut and eaten.

Directions;

  • Shake bottle well for 10 seconds
  • Apply the glaze directly over the pastry products, or other items such as ice cream, pound cake, muffins, or donuts for decorative purposes
  • Smooth out if required using a brush or spatula
  • Can also be applied to plated desserts to add and enhance the appearance or for plate decoration
